Sr. Funnel Mgmt Coordinator

Amazon's Workforce Staffing team is seeking a motivated self-started that can work in a fast paced environment supporting North America Customer Fulfillment high-volume hiring. The Sr. Funnel Management Coordinator will work under the direction of the Funnel Management Specialist and manage the candidate pipelines for each site within the business line they support.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage applicant funnel daily to fill HE and NHO targets to include sending event invitations, reminders, and dispositioning applicants
Make staffing recommendations including but not limited to number of hiring events needed and when, how many overbooks are needed to meet Day 1 start goals, and whether additional sourcing activities are needed to increase application flow
Pull and evaluate standard Tableau and Salesforce reporting.
Analyzing the pipeline by shift of the site, business line, and node levels
Track application and contingent offers to goals based on site labor orders and current pipeline fall-out
Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams
Develop a plan to meet current/future orders and call out risk when necessary.
Maintain clean/healthy funnels
Lead/Participate on calls with Staffing, Sourcing, and Operations/Business teams
Meet HE, NHO, VNHO, HCR, and reporting SLA's.
Monitor/troubleshoot contingencies (partner with compliance)
Create Standard Operating Procedure documentation and make revisions as processes are updated
Partner with vendors (PSG) to train them on Funnel Management functions and monitor their execution
Provide Staffing partners training and coaching on pipeline management best practices
Participate in system testing as enhancements are released
Communicate with candidates via ATS/phone/text system as needed
Monitor Workforce Analytics and Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS) Trouble Tickets (TT's)
Provide in-person support at hiring events as needed

Basic Qualifications
A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in staffing or human resources administration or a related field, or equivalent years of education and related experience.
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Prior experience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll, heavy data entry and/or customer service
Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Strong commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities from multiple sources required; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary.
Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs.
Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent follow through on commitments, using sound judgment with the ability to recognize and handle sensitive/confidential information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
