We need someone to assist with the day to day property preservation tasks.
Potential to add additional work depending on skill set.
Great for someone interested in real estate with flexible availability looking to make some extra money.
Responsibilities/Job Duties - Complete weekly property checks and take photos.
Report any condition issues or changes.
Photos uploaded to Dropbox.
- Inspect properties for occupancy.
Post notices on doors as needed for occupied properties -Report on property condition or neighborhood issues.
-Install lockboxes and ensure keys are there -Assist with cash for keys, evictions, lockouts, document delivery, and notice postings -Assist with meeting police for vandalism, theft or squatter issues as needed.
Additional optional maintenance work if interested:
-Cleaning properties -Trash outs -Miscellaneous maintenance and repairs -Utility management Qualifications/Requirements -Valid drivers license with insurance -Travel required -Day and weekend required.
Not a night-time position.
-Must be available for 'on demand' work -Time sensitive tasks -Tech skills a plus, photos, cloud storage, PDF files, Word docs.
-Handyman skills a plus -Background check -Cannot work for any other real estate brokerages if working this job -Resume not needed but does help This position does have plenty of move up potential in real estate sales and management.
