A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COAST DENTIST Arrive to a fully staffed office where your confirmed appointments are pre-scheduled to maximize your productivity. The front office staff works to ensure your patients have a positive overall experience. Your back-office support team is busy working behind the scenes to manage HR, Recruitment, Scheduling, and the Administration necessary to become a top producing office. You have the managerial support of a seasoned Clinical Director, Regional Vice President, and District Manager to advise and coach you on business best practices.
