Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with check-out process and handle payment transactions - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hospitality management principles - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays At our hotel, we value our employees and offer competitive benefits such as:
